Terms of Acceptance
You are responsible for the unit after it is signed for. At all times you should take every precaution to ensure the unit is not stolen, damaged or misused. You are responsible for any damage due to neglect, accident, or intentional misuse. Normal wear and tear such as the bulb will be covered by RentQuick.com.
A prepaid shipping label will be provided with your unit. You are responsible for getting the unit to UPS for shipment back to RentQuick.com in sufficient time as to allow the unit to be delivered. Failure to do so will result in the additional charge of the daily rate per day. Charges are processed at the end of each billable day so your credit card will show one charge for each day you use the unit.
If you should need the unit for additional time, please contact RentQuick.com as soon as possible. If RentQuick.com is not notified after 3 days past due, then you will be charged for the complete cost of the unit including any excess days, accessories and replacement costs incurred by RentQuick.com. The replacement costs will be based upon the original purchase price of the equipment.
